I have got an Inspion In5030 running Windows 8 with the Dell 365 Bluetooth nick set up. Up until recently I has been able to use my nick to link a Sculpt Touch Bluetooth mousé, but as óf late, I was not. When I place the mouse into development setting I was capable to see the mousé, but when l try to connect to it I get an mistake that says, 'That didn'capital t work.
Try again and create certain your mouse is definitely discoverable.' I know the Bluetooth nick is nevertheless working as I have always been able to control my iPhone from the personal computer. I have all the updates set up for my system, including the drivers for the Bluetooth cards. What could become the issue?
What can I do to fix it? My pc has become on home windows 8 since about 2 weeks after it arrived out, the Bluetooth nick was only set up around a week ago, so no, it didn't happen after l upgraded. The car owner that I have got arrived from Broadcom sincé that's thé producer of the Bluetooth nick, and the Dell car owner mentioned there were identified compatabiity issues with home windows 8, but I think I can consider that, though I don't see the issue being the driver since as I mentioned I'm able to link both my iPhoné my Bluetooth héadset, and got my mouse linked to it. Hello Kelevra, Thanks for your answer back. The driver shown above seems to become examined by alot of users and it worked good on Home windows 8. So kindly upgrade the same and allow us understand if it helps. Also, the best way to isolate this issue would be to test this mouse on a various Bluetooth enabled system.
This way we would end up being able to separate if this is usually an problem with the program or the Computer mouse. If you can find another program it would be of great help to us.
The only download I can see is the Microsoft Keyboard. I have a Dell, Windows and a Microsoft Sculpt Touch bluetooth mouse. I have the latest Dell drivers. The mouse pairs but the cursor jumps all over the place when the wifi is on and is fine when it is off. The mouse works fine on other configurations (Dell and Windows 8, Toshiba and windows 10).
